David Briggs
David Briggs, formerly organist of Truro and Gloucester Cathedrals, is an internationally renowned recitalist who has achieved a reputation as an innovative organist, particularly for his art of improvisation. He is also a prolific composer of works ranging from full scale oratorios to pieces for solo instruments.

László Fassang has won prizes for improvisation at both the Calgary and the Paris competitions and the Interpretation Prize at Chartres. He gives concerts around the world, teaches improvisation at the San Sebastian College of Music and has recently been appointed as resident organist at the new Béla Bartók National Concert Hall in Budapest.

Margaret Phillips is among Britain's most outstanding concert organists and teachers.  She has an international reputation as a soloist and her CD recordings have been widely praised.  She devotes a substantial part of her time to teaching and is Professor of Organ at the Royal College of Music.

Gerben Mourik, organist at the 'Grote Kerk' at Oudewater, where he plays an historical organ dating from 1840, currently studies improvisation with Ansgar Wallenhorst and Naji Hakim. He won First Prize for Improvisation at St Albans in 2005 and in the Netherlands at Zwolle, and was a Finalist at Haarlem in 2004

Stephen Disley has become one of the younger generation's leading players. He won a joint Foundation Scholarship to the Royal College of Music and London's Temple Church, studying with Dr John Birch. Simon Johnson has been Assistant Master of the Music at St Albans Cathedral and director of the Abbey Girls' Choir since 2001. He has a keen interest in composition and improvisation and recently made a recording of improvisation on the Cathedral organ in St Albans.
